About Us

Caring Teams is part of  the Being Your Best series of programs, which were honored by AARP’S Social Impact Award as “a simple mind-body-spirit program for seniors, adults and teens of any faith …or no faith.”

It is funded by a generous grant from the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Legacy Funds at the Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo, and is sponsored by the Health Association of Niagara County, Inc. (HANCI).

Please let us know how we can help you.
